The Great Puppet Show

Liv and Maddie got this doorway puppet theater for Christmas. They love putting on shows for Mike and I. One night Mike and I were in tears laughing so hard because of the things they were doing and saying. I put together some clips of different shows. As you can see, not much on the puppet show side, more just Olivia enjoying the spotlight! And making up random words??!

Happy 2011!

For New Years Eve we went to Crocker Park to watch the ball drop at 7:00pm. It was a beautiful night to be out walking around, not Cleveland weather at all. Wendy went with us and we saw the Simon family there and also met Terri and Erin. We watched the ball drop then they had fireworks! They were right above our heads, Maddie and Jessie were not to fond of that. Here are some pics from the night...

After Crocker Park we went home to celebrate the New Year. The girls have been asking to stay up late with us so it was a perfect night to let them. I got them sparkling grape juice so they could celebrate with us. I put it in an "adult cup" as Livi would call it. She was sooo funny! She kept saying, "this is the best party ever!" She was so excited to be drinking out of a wine glass. Maddie wanted milk in a different cup but she thought it was just as cool. :) Daddy wanted to watch a movie from 8-10 but mommy would have never made it to New Years that way?! So we played Wii Dance for Kids. Then we watched the New Years Celebrations on TV. The girls made it to 12 and then were in bed by 12:30. Maddie probably could have stayed up all night if we would have let her... she's a nut. She was also naked for 80% of the night?? Don't Ask?? We had a great time just hanging together drinkin' our "adult" drinks :)
