Madelyn Reading to Mom

Maddie was reading to me last night. The whole video is about 6-7 minutes long but the file was way too big so I only got the beginning.

Olivia wanted to be a "marrying girl" as she calls it. And Maddie picked out a "queen" outfit. Grandma Holly bought Madz a wig but even the toddler wig is big and it only lasted for about first 10 min. before it came off for the night. It was a sold out night so there were lots of people there but the weather was beautiful so it was nice to walk around and check out the sights.

When we arrive there was a policeman on a horse watching the parking lot so the girls went over to say hello. Then the cop proceeded to tell my mom that the horse doesn't like brides because he was doing a photo shoot with a bride and her vail blew into his face and freaked him out. Luckily my girls like to look from afar.

We had a nice visit with Uncle Josh! It was good to see him and have him there with us for the event. He was in town for a local interview and although their future is unsure right now we can only hope that the Wheeler family will be moving closer soon....We are keeping our fingers crossed and we wish them the best of luck on everything the future holds.

She was so hyper, as we headed from the front of the zoo to the back (where the car was) Maddie decided to get out of the stroller and pushed it. She pushed it ALL the way back, running half of the time. We could hardly keep up with her.

These were some scary costumes. They were employees and they just walked out and stood there. They were kind of freaky!

Madelyn's Gymnastics Class

I signed Madelyn up for gymnastics again. She seemed to enjoy it last year and said she wanted to do it again. Livi is playing soccer so we thought we would get Maddie involved in something as well. Well, the first night she cried and only participated for ice cream. The second night went better but her sister had to sit inside the room with her. (Olivia LOVED that!) The third night was about the same but I didn't let Liv sit inside. Let me also share with you that it was a chore to get her dressed and in the car! She fought with me about everything. So on the fourth night when I told her it was time to get dressed and she ran away from me, I decided it just wasn't worth the fight! So, there are no pictures of Madelyn in gymnastics because we no longer attend! Were gonna try dance next.....I let you know how that goes:)
